Ray Coassin is presently a Senior Partner in New Paradigm Partners LLC, one of the leading consulting, management and brokerage businesses specific to the health and fitness industry. Ray along with his partners and associates has served as a resource in all aspects of health club operations including financial, marketing ,sales, human resources and Fitness Programming. His career spans 43 years including serving as Divisional Vice President of operations for Health Industries, d/b/a European Health Spas. He was responsible in overseeing more than sixty health clubs with an annual sales budget exceeding $100,000,000. In 1981 Ray assisted in the sale and transition of ownership of Health Industries and since has served as a business consultant to more than one hundred clubs throughout the United States. In addition, he has lectured at numerous Health Club conferences, conventions and seminars on a myriad of subjects related to Health Club operations. He has also served during this time as a business consultant to more than 100 club organizations throughout the United States. Through his vast experience he has assisted his clients in defining their business model and accomplishing their mission and profit objectives.
